Refund Policy

Thank you for shopping with BMF Global LLC. We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not satisfied, we're here to help.

 

1. Returns

  • You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return.
     

  • To be eligible for a return, your item must be:
     

    • Unused and in the same condition that you received it.
       

    • In the original packaging.
       

    • Accompanied by the receipt or proof of purchase.
       

Certain items are non-returnable, such as:

  • Digital products or downloadable software
     

  • Gift cards
     

  • Perishable goods (e.g., food, flowers)
     

  • Personalized or custom-made items
     

  • Sale or clearance items (if marked as final sale)
     

 

2. Refunds

  • Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you by email that we have received your return.
     

  • We will also inform you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
     

  • If approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within  5–10 business days.
     

 

3. Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet:

  1. Check your bank account again.
     

  2. Contact your credit card company—it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
     

  3. Contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
     

  4. If you’ve done all this and still have not received your refund, please contact us at [your email address].
     

 

4. Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.
If you need to exchange an item for the same product, email us at info@bmfglobal.co and send your item to:

5. Shipping Returns

To return your product, you should mail it to:

You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning your item.
Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping may be deducted from your refund.
