Shipping Policy

1. Order Processing

  • All orders are processed within 1-3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email.
     

  • You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.
     

  • Orders placed after  3:00 PM CST will be processed the next business day.
     

If we experience a high volume of orders or shipping delays due to unforeseen circumstances, we will notify you by email.

 

2. Shipping Rates and Delivery Estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Estimated Delivery Times:

  • Standard Shipping: 3-5 business days
     

  • Expedited Shipping: 1-3 business days
     

  • Overnight Shipping: 1 business day
     

Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on carrier delays, weather, or destination.

 

3. Shipping Carriers

We ship via trusted carriers such as:
UPS, USPS, FedEx, DHL, etc.

 

4. Shipping Locations

We currently ship to:

  • Domestic: all U.S. states and territories

    If your location is outside our service area, please contact us at info@bmfglobal.co for assistance or custom shipping options.

 

5. Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number. Tracking information will be active within 24–48 hours.

 

6. Shipping Restrictions

We do not ship to:

  • P.O. Boxes (if applicable)
     

  • Certain international destinations restricted by carriers or customs
     

Certain items (e.g., liquids, perishables, or hazardous materials) may have additional restrictions.

 

7. Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages

We are not responsible for packages lost or damaged in transit.
If your order is lost, stolen, or arrives damaged:

  • Please contact the shipping carrier directly to file a claim.

8. International Shipping (if applicable)

  • International customers are responsible for customs duties, taxes, and import fees.
     

  • Delivery times may vary due to customs processing.
     

  • We are not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance.
     

 

9. Incorrect Address

Please double-check your shipping address before completing your purchase.
We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly entered addresses.

If you need to update your address after placing an order, contact us at info@bmfglobal.co as soon as possible. Once an order has shipped, we cannot make changes.
